Shipping in Switzerland
We ship throughout Switzerland with reliable couriers.MyEVOil requires a contribution for shipping costs. Delivery times vary from 6 to 10 working days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated proportionally with respect to the following list.
For Order value below CHF 170, delivery costs are as follows:
• up to 4 kg: 10 CHF customs clearance costs included
• from 4 kg up to 5 kg: 25 CHF customs clearance costs included
• from 5 kg up to 10 kg 35 CHF customs clearance costs included
• from 10 kg up to 30 kg 40 CHF customs clearance costs included
for Order value of more than CHF 170, the shipping is for free.
For Orders whose weight exceeds 30 KG an additional package will be prepared. Shipping costs must be added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase. The packages are delivered, in accordance with Swiss Post's offer, to the building entrance. The standard service requires the courier to deliver without notice and without a request for signature.
Delivery with signature has a surcharge of 7 CHF. Evening delivery costs an additional CHF 11. Saturday morning delivery has an additional cost of CHF 5.
Packaging
The oil is a precious product and, for this reason, our oils, as well as the in-oil products and all that is stored in glass containers, are carefully packed to avoid damaging the bottles due to any pressure and fluctuations could occur during transport. You will receive your products in perfect condition!
Couriers
To best serve you we use the best couriers like Poste.ch or TNT for your shipments.
What to do when the product arrives
• Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). If it is not intact or if it is damaged, you can arrange the return within 7 days of receipt without any additional cost.
• If you have not received what you ordered, you can return the goods without shipping costs. To re-credit the expenditure, write to customerservice@myevoil.ch or call 079 8539602
• We do not accept returns for other reasons after delivery of the goods.
For services with signature
1. Always sign the delivery note with the words "You accept with control subject"
2. If the package is not intact, write down the wording "Goods with visibly damaged packaging" in the delivery note.
3. If the package is not intact you can avoid to accept it and leave it to the forwarder who will make the return. The forwarder will issue you with a receipt. For a new order or for a refund, reference is made to the GTCs and the GTCs
4. If you have not received what you have ordered, you can return the goods without shipping costs. To re-credit the expenditure, write to customerservice@myevoil.ch or call the number call 061 5640640
Delivery failure
In the absence of the Customer, the courier will leave a notice and retry delivery within the next 24 hours; in case of further absence, the Customer will be contacted by our company or by the courier with which it will define the delivery details. If the third attempt does not succeed, the goods will be returned to our company, with consequent cancellation of the order and debiting of the shipping costs.
Do you ship to another person?
Remember that if you want to do a gift to a person, you can indicate a different shipping address other than the billing address. You pay and receive the invoice and the other person receives your gift.
Shipments to other countries
MyEVOil also ships to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Holland, Denmark, Italy.
The shipping conditions valid for Switzerland are valid as well for the above shipping countries except for shipping costs as there are no custom clearance.
Shipping costs are calculated proportionally with respect to the following table:
• up to 4 kg: 10 CHF
• from 4 kg up to 5 kg: 25 CHF
